Harbhajan is a player who is very aggressive against Australia. The recent tour is another example of his popularity, both in the Australian team and in Australian public. Why does he get under the skin of the Aussies. Is it bcoz of his behaviour, his sledging or his play. Why do u like him of hate him. _________________ Hyderabad - The IPL champs |

All nonsense aside, I think Harby has the ability to turn the course of a game (this was evident when he almost singlehandedly took out the Aussies in the recent test, one by one). Based on that, I think he is a quality spinner.
People tend to forget he is also fairly young and is fairly immature. Give him time, he might mature a bit. One must admit, the way he took that somersault roll when he took out Punter was a little over the top for a celebration. Come on, you didn't just kick a goal in the English Premier League.
Young Harby (and numerous other youngsters, I'm talking to you Ishant) need to take a page out of the Little Master's book. What a complete cricketer. An amazing leader/role model on the field and off it. _________________ West Coast Eagles - Digging deeper in '08! |

He's 28 this year... I don't think that's all that young. |

I dont dislike the guy at all. I think he is quite a good offie, and he is exceptionally good at getting under the skin of the aussies.
I think his monkey comments were blown out of the water.
But having said that *IF* what he said was true, then yeh suspend him for a match & get on with it. |

In comparison to Punter and Tendulkar, he is young. PERIOD. _________________ West Coast Eagles - Digging deeper in '08! |

And compared to John Howard or Dikembe Mutombo, they're young!
28 is young in cricketing prowess but not maturity stakes. Many top executives, fathers, others in society are quite mature at 28.
PERIOD. |
